The Kucks
Kuck Mechanical is a family-owned construction and manufacturing company specializing in the design, custom fabrication, and installation of a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing projects. Ted and Bob Kuck founded the company in 1999, but the Kuck family legacy in the skilled trades dates back two generations.
In the 1930s, Theodore Alfred Kuck began his sheet metal career in the shipyards and later established his own business in Wisconsin in 1942. The trade was then passed down to Russell Kuck, who continues to work as an estimator at Kuck Mechanical today. Russell shared his passion for the skilled trades, along with his commitment to hard work and craftsmanship, with his sons, Ted and Bob.
In April 2025, Kuck Mechanical experienced the unexpected passing of Ted Kuck. While his loss was deeply felt throughout the company, his family, and the community, the legacy he spent decades building continues through the next generation. Following his passing, the company was passed down to his two sons, Theo and Wyatt Kuck, who are committed to carrying forward their father's vision, values, and dedication to the company and its employees.
Today, Kuck Mechanical continues to grow on the reputation generations of the Kuck family have worked to build, a reputation rooted in quality craftsmanship, strong relationships, and doing business with honesty and integrity. As the company transitions into its next generation of family leadership, Kuck Mechanical remains committed to honoring its history while continuing to build a strong and sustainable future for generations to come.
