Ted A. Kuck
President/Owner
I have been involved in all phases of the sheet metal industry including ownership, management, shop fabrication, field labor management, & journeyman since the age of 18. I worked as an installer for several years for different firms before I left the Fort Collins area to join Young’s INC., a mechanical contractor in Topeka Kansas, as estimator & controller of the sheet metal division. In Match or 1993, I returned to Fort Collins to pursue starting my own business along side my father and brother.
In August 1999, I founded Kuck Mechanical Contractors, LLC. Although in business a relatively short period of time, Kuck Mechanical has grown from the initial three principals to roughly one hundred and eighty (180) employees with contractual projects totaling more then 20 million dollars. This growth is credited to long-lasting industry relationships, and a past track record of caring about our projects. Completing the work in a timely manner and our commitment to quality and safety. I also had an apprenticeship program in my company since 2010.

Chief of Operations
For the past 13 years, I have been involved in multiple phases of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in the construction industry. My fascination with sheet metal started by spending my summers helping around the family’s fabrication shop. After graduating high school, I attended the National Center for Construction Education and research sheet metal apprentice program and attained my certification.
During my employment I have garnered experience in numerous facts of building construction which include shop, fabrication, layout, field management, and installation. Growing up in the trade has provided me with the opportunity to direct, supervise, and prevent foreseeable issues that could arise on the job. Formal training paired with experience has afforded me a solid background and knowledge to ensure the delivery of projects safely, on time, and within budget.
