Plumbing Installation

In 2023, Kuck Mechanical Contractors expanded its capabilities with the addition of commercial plumbing and pipefitting services, allowing us to provide a more complete mechanical package to our clients and general contractor partners. While plumbing is one of the newest additions to Kuck Mechanical’s services, the division is supported by experienced plumbing professionals and the same established project management, coordination, and field resources that have defined Kuck Mechanical for decades.

Our plumbing capabilities include domestic water systems, sanitary waste and vent systems, stormwater systems, plumbing fixture installation, water heaters, backflow prevention systems, roof drain systems, and code-compliant plumbing installations. Our pipefitting capabilities further extend to hydronic heating and cooling piping, boiler and geothermal piping systems, compressed air systems, natural gas and specialty piping, equipment tie-ins, seismic restraints, and system retrofits.

As a full-service mechanical contractor, Kuck Mechanical can provide both HVAC and plumbing under a single mechanical package, creating greater continuity between trades and improving coordination throughout the project. Our project management, field, estimating, and BIM teams work together throughout construction to identify potential conflicts, coordinate system requirements, manage equipment and material procurement, and keep installations aligned with the overall construction schedule.

Kuck Mechanical performs BIM modeling and coordination in-house, utilizing Revit, Navisworks, and MEP fabrication technology to coordinate plumbing and mechanical systems with architectural, structural, and other trade models before installation begins. This collaborative approach helps identify clashes before they reach the field, improves installation accuracy, and allows our teams to plan complex piping routes and equipment connections more efficiently.

Since introducing plumbing services in 2023, Kuck Mechanical has continued to expand its capabilities and experience across commercial facilities, healthcare and medical facilities, educational campuses, industrial and manufacturing plants, water and wastewater treatment facilities, public infrastructure, and mixed-use developments. Whether providing a complete HVAC and plumbing package for new construction or performing specialized mechanical work within an active facility, our goal remains the same: to provide dependable installation, quality craftsmanship, and a coordinated approach from conception through completion.
